How do we collect the information?

We will collect anonymous traffic information from you when you visit our website. We collect personally identifiable information from you when you register with us or transact as a guest. When you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form to be able to fulfill your requested service. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 

Shipping and Delivery

For both Indian and international orders, it takes 5–15 working days to dispatch. Blouses without embroidery take less time to dispatch than those with embroidery. Readymade items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (unless specified otherwise).
 

Yosai maintains these delivery schedules except in situations, events, or circumstances that are beyond our control (the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, and legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday.
 

INDIA:
 

Standard shipping takes between 3 and 10 days to deliver post-dispatch, depending on the pin code being shipped to.

You can opt for expedited shipping by paying Rs. 199 extra; connect with us and we will check if expedited delivery is available in your pincode.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 2500 for shipping outside India to any international destination.

For international shipping, please expect additional transit delays as our shipping takes 3–5 days. Please contact our customer service if you need further assistance.

Kindly note that Yosai Online Store, which is a subsidiary of Yosai, does not collect your payment card details (i.e., credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV, etc.). When you make a purchase using your card, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank payment gateway website, where all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and securely transmitted to your card issuer for an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter does Yosai, the online store, have access to or store your complete card account information.

We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or contests offered by us and the information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and website use, which enables us to improve the service we provide. Custom and personalized orders

Most of our items are customizable and personalized for your style and requirements. Yes, you can opt for standard sizes as well. However, every item will be made fresh on order; we do not store inventory. The pictures of the products you see are made for display purposes only.

Sometimes we do sell ready-made items made by us for high-demand designs; the product page mentions if it is a ready-made item or a custom-fresh item.

While most customizations are accommodated in the displayed price, there may be additional charges for increased embroidery work or fabric requirements. I will mention if something like that happens with your customized requirements.

 

Sizing details

You can opt for a standard or custom body size. We will send you a link to an online measurement form where you can easily fill out your body measurements. It has step-by-step instructions to help you get measured easily at home. It’s super easy; our customers have been sending us measurements from across the world.

Wholesale availability

Some of our products can be mass-manufactured on request. Let us know if you like any design that you want in bulk.

 

Care instructions

We suggest that you dry-wash the blouses separately. Do not machine wash them, especially in hot water.
The embroidery blouses need to be separately washed. Never wash them in a machine. Dry wash or dry clean only.
Store them separately in newspapers or soft papers away from moisture and sunlight.

  • For greater security, we have enabled our systems for the Verified by VISA and Mastercard Secure Code facilities, applicable to VISA and Mastercard, respectively. This is an additional security measure necessitating that you enter a password that only you, the cardholder, can have access to. Also, the Yosai Online Store accepts all Visa and Master credit cards and debit cards and is committed to providing a safe transaction environment by using a secure process for payment handling.
    It does not capture any such passwords, and you enter those directly into a bank’s secure system.
  • It is not uncommon for a request for credit or debit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. This happens due to problems with your card-issuing bank’s servers. You must try again until you get a successful notification.
  • At times, the bank payment servers or your issuing bank payment servers may be down, in which case a message will be posted informing you of the same. Under such circumstances, you can continue shopping and add items to the bag, which will then be saved, and you can come back later and complete the payment transaction within 24 hours.
  • Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card-issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per the prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer.
